Green Policies
The Como Lake Bed & Breakfast resident pup is Lenny (AKA "The Prince of Como Lake"). He's a lovable miniature Schnauzer. When he's not attending to his regular duties as pet ambassador, he works as hotel security. Our guests adore him and more than once have offered to pet sit for Carla.
We allow guests to bring pets only at the discretion of the Innkeeper. There is a charge of $35 per night per pet.

Green Policies
- LED and CFL lightbulbs are used throughout the house.
- In the process of restoring and rehabbing the home, many reclaimed items were used, including hardwood flooring from a demolished convent, cabinetry, light fixtures, millwork, doors, and plumbing fixtures.
- Linens are laundered upon request. Laundry is line-dried year round.
- Non-toxic cleaning products are used as much as possible.
- Radiant in-floor heat on two floors of the house.
- Home was re re-insulated in 2009.
- Solar power installed in 2016.
- We focus on local and organic goods and foods when practical and available.
